As a key member of the Contact Model team for Zone Europe, this role focuses on optimizing the Employee Contact Model and Knowledge Management to enhance the overall employee experience. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving knowledge management frameworks, analyzing employee feedback and contact model data to drive actionable insights, and ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders and providers in multiple geographies. • Maintaining and improving knowledge management framework, tools, routines, and insights to enhance the employee experience across all groups.
• Providing data and insights for Contact Model and Knowledge Management scopes.
• Conducting analysis of employee feedback, contact model results, and metrics to propose and implement appropriate actions.
• Ensuring collaboration across stakeholders and providers in multiple scopes and geographies for optimal internal knowledge management and employee contact model efficiency.
• Proposing and implementing improvements based on data and insights.
• Contact Model initiatives are running in close collaboration with Zone People Team and Local People Teams as well as Solutions teams.
• Driving technology and process improvements for both Contact Model and Knowledge Management.
• Implementing actions based on analysis of usage data and employee feedback

What youll bring:

• Fluency in English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Project Management or a technical field (Data etc)
• Ability to track and organize information data and communications efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; have the ability to simplify complex issues
• Excellent Excel skills (PowerBI or other tools are a big plus)
• Employee centricity, design thinking, and continuous improvement capabilities
• Experience with Agile methodology is an advantage
• Experience in Transformation and Change Management is an advantage
