Product Lead

As a Product Lead, you will lead one of our teams developing high-potential tech startups, scale-ups and enterprises from the greenfield. You will be given a lot of responsibility and in many cases will be acting as a CPO for the product youll be building, leading the product vision and execution together with the founder.

You will work closely with your dedicated team of designers, engineers, and QAs to ensure the product you are developing is loved by its users and is achieving its business goals. Our product teams are small and effective, usually ranging from 5 to 10 people.

We are looking for two types of Product Leads, either coming from a business or analytical background:

Business Background

You are experienced in owning the product development process as either someone seasoned in product management where youve consistently spent the past several years or you recently transitioned from a business-oriented role (marketing, project management, management consulting) and have some experience as a Product Manager. You possess a level of business understanding sufficient to lead startup founders into finding product-market fit.

Analytical Background

You are experienced in owning the product development process as either someone seasoned in (IT) product/project management where you consistently spent the past several years or you recently transitioned from an analytically-oriented role (IT/Business analyst, IT project/program manager, data analyst) and have some experience as an (IT) Product Manager. Your analytical mind enables you to rapidly comprehend and deconstruct complex problems, leading to the creation of viable solutions.

• You possess the ability to build trustworthy relationships and guide startup founders and stakeholders

• You have the ability to lead and motivate the team to produce the best outcomes

• You will work closely with Igor, our Head of Product, and with the founders to define, drive and execute the product vision through product discovery

• Directing and overseeing qualitative & quantitative customer research together with your designer to ensure key insights are discovered

• Defining value proposition and go-to-market strategy to drive product-market-fit (if you come primarily from a business background)

• Driving all technical initiatives from the business side such as requirements analysis, process mapping, and data analysis (if you come primarily from an analytical background)

• Planning and executing a product roadmap

• Coordinating closely with our business development team to ensure timelines, budgets, and contracts with our startups are set appropriately and are held to

• Continuously looking for ways to improve our methodology and collaborating with our other product leads to ensure we are always improving

• Fluent in English

• Ability to deeply understand the problems, needs, and desires of customers and turn them into business decisions (if you come primarily from a business background)

• Ability to understand the technical elements of the project in order to drive individual activities as well as contribute to the content (if you come primarily from an analytical background)

• An eye for data - ability to make objective, data-driven decisions, define product performance metrics and track them on an ongoing basis

• Experience with influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at a senior level and effectively managing their expectations

• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail
