A Day in Your Life at MKS: As an Back office manager and assistant of MD at Atotech CZ a.s., you will partner with the sales, finance, legal, and purchasing teams to support and execute activities related to HR , financial control, sales, and marketing. In this role, you will report to the MD of Atotech CZ, Business Director East Cluster.
You Will Make an Impact By: • Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization • Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information • Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM • Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements • Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact • Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information • Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed • Distributes order sheets to respective departments • May coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders Skills You Bring: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a thorough working knowledge of Firma products, Firma functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures and excellent communication skills • 2+ years of related experience required Physical Demands and Working Conditions: • Operates in a professional office environment • Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time • Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination • Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand • Must be able to exchange accurate information • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
