We are looking for a  Technical Designer to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of the Product Management team. You will work closely with our sales organization to develop and design custom metalworking solutions. Your goal will be to deliver optimized solutions tailored to customers' specific requirements and help efficiently meet their technical and manufacturing needs. You will participate in product development to assess their feasibility and compatibility with existing manufacturing capabilities. Based on the scope of the project, you will actively communicate to lead the development and design of new products. Creative thinking and innovation are highly valued.

You will be responsible for preparing product data to ensure a smooth transition from design to production in close collaboration with manufacturing teams. You will model new designs using CAD systems and create accurate and detailed technical drawings and 3D models. Your role will also include defining functional requirements for new products, testing and integrating individual components into final solutions.

Throughout the projects, you will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure that all necessary technical documentation is prepared and delivered, all while maintaining compliance with established safety and industry design standards.

About You

You hold a university degree in Engineering—ideally with a focus on cutting tools or a related field—and bring at least three years of experience in a similar technical role. You're skilled at managing both internal and external customer relationships, and you thrive in a collaborative, solution-oriented environment.

You have hands-on experience with modern CAD systems, and any additional knowledge of CAM or CAE tools is a strong advantage. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a hybrid setup, splitting your time between the office and remote work.

Your background includes experience in metalworking, and you may also have knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation, as well as project management principles. You enjoy working with global teams and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to international projects with real impact.
